Impact Kickboxing classes are a great all round body workout!
If you want to tone up, build strength, lose weight, learn a self defence boost your fitness levels and look great, then Impact kickboxing classes are for you.
Our classes provide a great all round body workout in a friendly atmosphere and are great for both men and women. At Impact Martial Arts, we have a structured class system meaning you won’t feel out of your depth. We have a range of abilities from beginners to European Champions! You will start on the basics working at your own pace until you build stamina.
Gain self-confidence, increase energy and learn a self-defence. Our classes will motivate you as they incorporate many different training routines including pad work, bag work, stretching, footwork, shadow boxing, exercise, and more.
Kickboxing inspired workouts have found to improve strength, aerobic fitness and flexibility. The variety of movements we use in our kick boxing classes will sharpen reflexes, improve co-ordination and also improve balance. In addition, this type of exercise can burn an average of 500 to 800 calories an hour as opposed to the 300 to 400 calories typically burned by the average fitness class.
*If sparring and fighting in the ring is your goal Impact will give you the opportunity to fight in full contact or light continuous kickboxing competitions. Remember sparring and fighting is not for everyone so this is optional.
Our experienced instructors are approachable and make sure you receive guidance when it comes to your training. Within the classes you will train in a supportive and encouraging environment and all equipment is provided for you.
Our kickboxing classes are £6.00 per lesson pay-as-you-go, or included within our bronze, silver or gold membership options. We offer a 1 WEEK FREE trial period to new students.

Joining Impact has been one of the best decisions I made in my life. I'd never used a gym before let alone attend anything like Insanity, Strength and Conditioning Training and Boxing, as I do now. In the time that I've been a member, I've lost nearly 4 stone and am fitter and stronger than I've ever been in my life thanks to Kris and Josh's help and support. All classes make you work and train hard, whilst being upbeat and enjoyable. Impact offers a sense of family, everyone joins in and encourages one another. My 2 children ( 1 Girl 1 Boy) both train at Impact, started with kickboxing , then adding in Judo and now also getting to grips with MMA. They have both always enjoyed training they even come home and practice together! (A miracle ) The instructors are always friendly and supportive, and let you know how they are progressing. The facilities are great with screens so you can watch your children train from the comfort of the settees. I have PT session at the gym each week, which are individually planned at the beginning with am aim of achievable realist goal. My son has been kickboxing with Impact for six years since he was 4 and has recently took up Judo as well. The coaches are brilliant and the classes are great fun. They have help teach him discipline, dedication and respect whilst giving him the regular exercise kids need in the age of the PlayStation.
